Atlanta Business Chronicle Names RaceTrac CEO Natalie Morhous Most Admired CEO


ATLANTA – (August 12, 2024) – RaceTrac, a C-store leader and Georgia’s second-largest privately owned company, proudly announces that its CEO, Natalie Morhous, has been named a “Most Admired CEO” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for 2024. The honor recognizes Morhous’ exceptional leadership and collaborative style with a strong record of innovation, outstanding financial performance, a commitment to diversity in the workplace, and significant contributions to the metro Atlanta community.
 
Morhous has served as the CEO for RaceTrac, Inc., which operates nearly 800 retail locations representing the RaceTrac® and RaceWay® brands in 13 states and affiliated companies Metroplex Energy and Energy Dispatch, since January 2024.
 
Before becoming CEO, Morhous held multiple leadership roles at RaceTrac since 2012. First, as Director of Strategy and Development, followed by Executive Director of Strategy and Solutions. Later, Morhous moved to the fuel and logistics side of the business where she held the roles of Executive Director and Vice President of Energy Dispatch. From 2019 to 2023, Morhous served as President of RaceTrac, Inc.
 
Morhous is a third-generation leader and self-described TracFanatic who lives and breathes the RaceTrac Way, RaceTrac’s internal set of principles that include Putting People First, a Culture of Strong Performers, a Warrior’s Passion, a Humble Attitude and Living for Fun Every Day. Her guiding belief is that the best idea should win, no matter who comes up with it. Morhous and other honorees will be celebrated at an awards ceremony hosted by the Atlanta Business Chronicle on Aug. 15, 2024, at The Foundry at Puritan Mill in Atlanta. The ceremony will also recognize a lifetime achievement honoree and provide a platform for networking with industry leaders across metro Atlanta.
