RaceTrac Rewards Update

We have upgraded our systems so that we can provide you with a better RaceTrac Rewards experience. If you’re experiencing issues signing into your account, please select how you login to your account today from the options below for the steps to access your upgraded account.

Account Types

I don’t use the app. I enter my phone number on the pin pad for loyalty.

To be able to access your account and redeem rewards, please create a new RaceTrac Rewards account in the app or on the website using the same phone number you use today. Don’t worry, you’ll keep earning points when you enter your phone number at the pump or on the pin pad and your points earned will be reflected when you access your account.

I log into the app or website using Facebook, Twitter or my Apple ID.

If you share your email address with RaceTrac Rewards through Facebook, Twitter or Apple, please use this email address to reset your password in the app or on the website to be able to access your account and earn and redeem rewards. Moving forward, you will need to log in to the app with your email address and new password. If you do not share this information through your Facebook, Twitter or Apple ID account, you will need to create a new RaceTrac Rewards account and your current profile information, including your earned points, will be lost. Please contact us at 1-888-636-5589 or guest@racetrac.com and we will try to recover your previous points and apply to your new account.

I log into the app or website using my email address.

Please reset your password in the app or on the website to be able to access your account and redeem rewards. If you have a phone number associated with your account you can continue earning points by entering your phone number at the pump or on the pin pad, but you won’t be able to access the app until you reset your password. If you do not have a phone number associated with your account, you will need to reset your password to be able to earn and redeem points.
